We all originally met while reading the Sookie Stackhouse Mystery series and connected on a site related to the series. It was many years ago now. Some of us decided we wanted to create something together and with being scattered over the globe a blog was a way we could do something together. We write reviews/ posts across a variety of genres, though leaning more towards urban fantasy.

Haha you'll be very disappointed if you check out our blog. I actually can't remember why we decided on that name. There are a few romance readers in our blog group so that might be why.

I started it 4 or 5 years ago because a few writing seminars recommended building a platform before approaching publishers. Book blogging turned into a passion in of itself, and is now a hobby that has brought me more joy than writing ever did. I've been consistently posting all these years because I truly enjoy it. :)

My blog was started with two of my favourite international friends on here and yeah check it out, there's some cool stuff on it.

This sounds pretty neat I haven't got a blog yet but I'm considering staring one maybe in a couple of months (Maybe October time) and I'm thinking of putting up some book/film stuff like reviews, and other geeky stuff concerning those things (especially film since I'm doing a film degree and I've definitely watched some interesting films you guys might find interesting or not) and some other nonsense I've got going in my brain

I popped in for a second, since I'm catching up on commenting, and this has been an active thread lately... I deifnitely ditto Tammie/Nirkatze.

I'm not really a blog/vlog follower, terrible at consistent followthrough, as my rating/review backlog attests... but at Nirtkatze said it's very bite-size/digestible, in text format which I prefer over feeling forced to watch youtube videos at 1x speed, and I like how you're shining a spotlight on series you liked, from your entire history of reading, and don't feel tied to rating/reviewing only books you read today or this week/month...
