My debut novel, published last year, has recently been nominated for the NSW Premier's History Awards and the Adelaide Festival Awards for Literature.
The shortlist for the NSW award will be announced soon and the winner revealed in September.
The Adelaide Festival Awards will be presented in March 2018 during Adelaide Writer's Week.
