Bethany | 331 comments Boring story--we were talking, then we kind of ended up proposing to each other. Date set for late March.

Amber’s Bookish Journal (introverted22) | 53 comments Bethany, sometimes those stories are so much cuter than the person who goes all out. Congrats!

Becky (becnelli) Question about "Something blue": I've recently resumed reading Morning Star by Pierce Brown and wanted to know if it could count as my something blue.

Morning Star (Red Rising, #3) by Pierce Brown

From what I can see, It looks like a very dark blue. So it counts as blue.
Thanks for checking!

Sorry, I've been MIA for awhile. My mom has been in the hospital and my daughter was pretty sick also. I've been going back and forward.
Everyone is fine now! And I can get some rest! :)

Thanks for the reply and no worries about being MIA. Family is more important than debating if the cover is blue or black. Happy to hear they're doing better.

Linda C (libladynylindac) | 988 comments For 2.3 (Bethany's task) Happy New School Year!
1. The first unit my students are doing is a short fiction unit, so read a book of short stories or essays.

I read Curran, Vol. I which is a collection of POV pieces associated with scenes from the first 4 volumes of Ilona Andrews' Kate Daniel series. Not really stories or essays. It is 157 pages. Could this work for that task?
