The History Book Club discussion

This is thread dedicated to Khan Academy and Sal Khan.

All, since we are both a history and a non fiction group - we discuss a variety of topics including history and other topics which are note-worthy.

I use Khan Academy as I am a math teacher but why is it in history? Just curious and hoping Khan Academy is not about to become history

History, non fiction, historical fiction - thought leaders creating history - real life and current events. All of which we cover.

Khan Academy is wonderful and Sal Khan is a thought leader. Glad you like it.

Here is an article and video from The Guardian about how Sal Khan founded Kahn Academy. It is a textbook example of entrepreneurial creativity.

He is wonderful and has done so much for education - probably another example. I just noticed that we already have him listed which is terrific.
