Keller Coleman | 3 comments This book was well thought out. Laura Stack really is an engaging person. Full of ideas and energy. I was very impressed by the book's title, the cover and the array of colleagues that promoted the book.

The ideas Laura shares in the book are awesome. Definitely the book is worth re-reading.

Jacob (paulsen) | 245 comments I was at first a little overwhelmed by the depth of the book and the large number of topics it covers; but understanding the purpose for the layout and the intent of getting the reader from point a to b really helped me get the most out of it.

My full review is coming soon!

Melinda (melindamb) I loved this book. So many of these style of books seem to be written by people who have only experienced corporate life from the top looking down, either that or they have completely forgotten the reality of working in the trenches so to speak.

This book resonated for me on so many levels. The case studies were of a world I recognised and reflected my experiences, and the solutions were ones that I had seen work but unfortunaley so seldom used in the situations I had experienced.

I cannot recommend this book enough for reality a check for implementing strategy and motivating staff.
