You have read a lot of tempting books... It was tough narrowing things down:
They Both Die at the EndDecisions, decisions...
The Bell Jar
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
The Inexplicable Logic of My Life

You sure do have alot of good books in your Read shelf, it was hard to pick, but I choose
I know what you did last summer by lois Duncun

Any of those 4 choices would be a great option to read. Two of these are two of my favorites and the other two are really enjoyable reads as well so you cant go wrong (dont want to influence your choice by saying which!).
As for your shelf I think I'm going to give The Night Circus a go. Happy reading!

Ha, fair enough!
The Night Circus is an excellent choice as well. That is one I'd been meaning to read for ages, and finally did as my choice for this challenge last month ;)

I'm choosing Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book from your list! I've read and loved several of his books , so it's a pretty safe bet that this will be an enjoyable read for me!

You have a lot interesting reads on your bookshelf. I think I will try The Bell Jar. It probably was a book in school that we read, but I don’t remember reading it. If you like mysteries a book by Brenda Novak would be a good choice or want a good family read the Summer That Made Us would be a good pick.
So any way good luck. I hope you enjoy one of the books on my shelf.😊

The Graveyard Book is a beautiful choice. I keep recommending it to every child and adult alike, hope you like it.
I am picking 'When Breath Becomes Air'. Been so much into fiction and thought of reading something else for a long time. This keeps getting recommended. Something tells me, I am going to like it.

After looking through your bookshelf, I have decided to read Go Ask Alice. I own the book but have not gotten around to reading it so I guess this could be my excuse to:) Enjoy To Kill A Mockingbird !

Excellent choice - I found it very poignant and thought provoking!
I've started listening to The Graveyard book - full cast audio version - and it's wonderful as I knew it would be. I love escaping into Gaiman's fantasy worlds!

Hi Colleen,
I am happy you found smth from my shelve your interested in and hope you have a great time reading "The Bell Jar".
I took your recommandations into consideration, but decided to read Emma. I started reading a few years ago,but never finished it. Now is the time.
Have a great day.

R rated it 1 star and I rated it 4.
Are you enjoying The Giver R?

I have finished The Night Circus. You gave this book 5 stars but I found myself only giving it 3 (well more like 2.75 but..semantics). The biggest reason why is because I felt it lacked any sense of characterization. All the characters felt flat and almost like the same person to me. They even spoke the same. It was just bothersome to me bc the author did a really great job describing the circus itself but then basically just forgot about the characters. Plus I found the plot difficult to follow considering the multiple time jumps and perspective changes. And finally, the competition the book centered around lacked depth, in great part bc the author seems to refuse to explain it further. Idk I just felt this was unfair to readers.
Overall I am still glad to have read the book...the author was great about describing the circus itself and it's honestly a place I'd love to visit were it real. Just couldn't get into the characters enough to care about what happens to them.
How is your reading going?

I just finished The Giver. You gave it 5 stars, but I gave it a tentative 3 (more like 2.75, I suppose). It was an interesting story, but I don't think it aged very well.

I've decided to read two of your books on your read shelf: The Fault in Our Stars and The Book Thief..

I finished listening to The Graveyard Book and I LOVED it! Such an imaginative storyline, and great cast of characters!
You rated it 5 stars and I did too!

It does go into a little more detail with the remaining 3 books of the series. I think it ends well too in the final book.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was interesting and easy to read, plus I really like reading books that are formatted as diary entries.

I just finished When Breath Becomes air recently. I took too much time to finish it. But it was worth it. Glad I chose this book from your shelf.
