Hi my name is Beth and I am on for at least an hour everyday. I want to be moderator because I want to help others enjoy reading as much as I do. I believe I can bring happiness and passion to this group. I read too many books to count a month haha and yes I do plan on participating in the monthly BOTM (If i can get my hands on the book) Something interesting about myself, well I play piano and I taught myself by ear. Also I love the idea for this group!
How Active Are You?: I open it whenever in have a push-in notification. Well, that means I'm quite active. Right?Why Do You Want To Be A Moderator?: I always try to meet new people and being a mod gives the right opportunity. I'm mod of one more group so I also have some experience.
What Will You Bring To This Group?: I will try to add more interesting discussions and threads and also some active members.
How Much Do You Read A Month?: I read around 6 to 7 books in a month. That is the only way I can complete my reading challenge.
Do You Plan On Participating In Our Monthly BOTM?: Yes, I will try to participate in the monthly BOTM. (Actually the problem is that I need to find that book in the library. I will participate if the book is there).
Other:Something Interesting About Yourself (entertain me!): Hey, Natasha. Nice to join your group. The interesting thing about me is that I play Piano and Sitar (Indian instrument) and I love to make new friends and give and get recs. And I love reading blogs and reviews.
Hi, I'm Connie! :)I'm on Goodreads for one to two hours every day, and I always pop in sporadically while I'm doing work so I don't get too bored, haha. Of course I haven't made a lot of comments since I just joined this group, but I plan on being very active, mod or not, in the future!
I want to be a moderator for several reasons. I love inviting and greeting new members, and helping them use this group to fuel their love of reading~ I'm a mod of the Young Adult Book Club, which is somewhat similar to this group, so I have experience and I know that being a mod is tons of fun! Nothing makes me happier than to start a discussion topic that others join in on.
I'm always happy to discuss and debate books, as well as participate in fun reading challenges and games! As a moderator, I would try my best to invite my friends to join the group, initiate and participate in reading challenges, lead BOTM discussions, and start fun games!
My monthly reading lineup is always crammed haha, I read at least seven or eight books per month, and I also reread because I always feel like you get more out of a novel the second time around.
Yes, I'd try my best to participate in the BOTM! I have a local library, bookstore, and e-reader (as well as the ever-trusty Amazon), so I should be able to get my hands on the book at some point during the month. Even if the book isn't my preferred genre, I will still read it and make comments in the discussion (:
Something interesting about me... I love Rubik's cube solving, though I'm not very good at it. I take about a minute and a half to solve one (the world record is 5.55 seconds!) I also have a love for writing novels (I hope to be a published author one day), crocheting, and am an avid YouTube watcher.

How Much Do You Read A Month?: On a regular month I read an average of about 20 to 25 books.( but I am reading about 15 to 20 books this summer)

I read, my guess, is about 5 books a month considering I read bigish books. But I am always reading!

Something Interesting About Me?: I love acting! I take drama and want to be an actress! Hopefully one day I will get to play a character from one of my favorite books in a movie :D
