Across the Universe discussion

I just watched this episode of The Orville and the moment they walked inside the ship, I instantly thought of Across the Universe and how I always pictured it in my head. The plot of the episode shares a lot of the main story. Generations old ship, people forgot where they came from or that they are on a ship, ship is broken and drifting.

I've always wanted to see this book as a movie, but in the meantime this episode makes me happy with some visuals.
