I remember it had a black and red cover with an image of a cartoon like horned demon.
I remember the story having a paragraph describing the school's district outline has looking like an octopus depending on each student and their address.
MC only attended school because her cousin (who I also remember being her uncle or nephew even though they were only a year apart) was invited to enroll.
Each class seating assignments is depended on where you stand academically against the other students. So if you're the worst student, you sit in the back corner.
