So, I finally got around to reading this book in preparation for the movie coming out later in the year. Do all of you plan on seeing the movie? Like or dislike the actors they've chosen to portray the main characters? Think the movie will do the book justice? Discuss all things If I Stay here!

it is my absolute favorite book ever! ask me who my fictional boyfriend is and it will ALWAYS, ALWAYS be Adam Wilde. but the actor is not who i wanted him to be... :( ah well. my mind was set on not watching it AT ALL but because i like Gayle Forman, i think i'm still gonna give it a try.
and my goodness. the song is amazing. XD Say Something~!
i love Where She Went better than the first book though. again, Adam. ♡

I feel the same way about the books (and Adam)! I'm a bit nervous about the movie but will definitely watch it anyway :)

i read this book and was like - wow, really liked the book and plot and characters so yea-then i saw the trailer and i was like ok it doesnt look too bad but ....i dunno-some of the actors arent who i thought would play some of the characters but anyway-the second book i liked but didnt enjy as much as the first but i dont think they will make a sequel

Yeah, I didn't really see Chloe Moretz as playing Mia, but at least I've never seen her give a terrible performance. (I've seen her in Let Me In and Dark Shadows.) And while If I Stay wasn't my favorite book, I'm still going to give the movie a chance.

I'm only a little bit into this book, so I'm doing my best to shy away from trailers, teasers etc. to keep my own mental image, haha. However, I'm really curious about how they're going to do a movie version of this book :) Can't wait~

I love Chloe mortez but I'm not sure about the male casting choices. The trailer used that terribly sad song to make me tear up
