I think fantasy is better because I enjoy the action and the powers a fantasy character has, plus Im more fantasy then real life since fantasy helps me escape my real life.

but still, in this area, I am siding with the fantasists or the dreamers.

Also, I feel that science fiction that is grounded in real science can be more interesting to read as it acts as a vision of a possible future.

Also, I think fantasy taps in better to the mythological archetypes that permeates our subconscious. Science Fiction is a bit tougher to tap into that.
But really the division is between those who dream about the future, and those who are nostalgic for the past.
