PVB - The Demon Cycle discussion

I really enjoyed the conclusion to the series, and I have a few thoughts on it.

First one of my big questions is about Inevera's prophecy about Arlen. She says "He must make a choice" "Between his jiwah and his duty". Is this just the choice to take Renna with them? Or is there more to it.

Another is whether the survival of the consort means anything. Does it imply the potential for additional books? maybe he finds another demon queen?

(view spoiler)[I believe Arlen's choice was bringing Renna and then leaving her to chase after the consort with Jardir. If she didn't come or if Arlen stayed to help her they would've failed.

The consort surviving is important as Brett intends to write a book 15 years in the future starring all the kids born in The Core. I imagine they will be battling The Consort. I don't know if there will be another queen on a different continent or not, but it seems feasible. (hide spoiler)]

Yeh that is about what I thought for his "choice", I was just expecting a tougher decision.

And that is good to hear about the planned book, it should be good
