I'm not sure if this is the right folder, but my sister got me started using shopping apps and I love them! They're free to use so, I thought I'd share with you since Christmas shopping and all that is right around the corner (full disclosure I do get paid if you sign up, but I honestly I think they're great!) The apps are:
Ebates (you've probably heard of this or use it already) get a percentage back when you shop online at major retailer sites. The rebate amount depends on the retailer and any promos. Sign up using https://www.ebates.com/r/CLORGA?eeid=... and get $10
Ibotta: Scan your receipts to get money back on certain items that list coupons on the site or if they are running a promo (Uber gives you a dollar back for example). I've only used it for grocery receipts. My sister has gotten over $80 back from using this app. Use: ibotta.com/r/htfgyny and get $10
Receipt Hog is another app. This lets you scan all of your receipts and gives you a certain number of coins depending on how much you spent on your receipt. You have to reach a certain coin level to get paid so it's slow but I figure why not, Eventually I'll get a few dollars to pay for coffee and all I have to do is scan.
