It gave me an issue and tried more than one attempt. I saw it on the US site and not UK, but if this is what is showing up. I am unsure why it will not allow. I can see one more time.

Oddly I signed out of Amazon UK and tried to sign in Amazon US, and when I click "write a review" it does not show it. I know originally I did it on both and some reason it will not post/show on the US one.

I tried three attempts with fail...I do not see it posted twice to UK but I did get two emails when I shared the review. I am not sure why it will not post to US; however, after several attempts, I throw my hands up. I guess if I select UK first, it does not post to US...I usually do it the other way around, and quite sure I did with this one, but it will not allow me to see your book when I click write a review thereafter.
