I really enjoyed this one and have to wonder if there really is a town like Rudolph. Interesting premise, nice backdrop, and an enjoyable mystery. Perfect for seasonal reading even if I got started late. Looking forward to other books in this series!
I'm reading it now. I'm on chapter 7. I kind of hope that the killer is the female policeman since she is so nasty. I'm going to guess that it's someone from the next town over though. Is it Muddle Harbor? Something like that. I'm just reading 2 chapters per day and juggling it with a few other books. I don't know why that is easier for me to do than reading one straight through.
Shannon Ridler read the 2nd book in the series and talked about it in a video back in December. She said it was her first cozy mystery ever.

I saw the picture of the book on Shannon's Instagram, but I didn't watch her video. That's cool that it's her first cozy ever! I'll be sure to go back and watch that video.
I'll stay silent on your predictions, but I did also get through this in little chunks. Just a bit while getting ready for work in the morning. I do that with most things I read now actually. It helps keep me interested and I get that little bit of reading in without having to sacrifice time for my other hobbies. With my huge reading slump last year, I don't want to get into a situation where that happens again either, so little chunks is working great at the moment.

I decided on this one instead as it seems to be a little more accessible and at a lower price point. This will be our discussion thread for this book. Please be sure to hide your spoilers if there is something that you would like to discuss. The best way to do this is to note what chapter you're on, then hide any spoilery parts.
