We have to move this year so I am bumping my reading list down to 50 books. So, my journey will be less exciting.

Just think of all our fun as we travel together through level one... the Charlotte Heywood Level. We can enjoy the voyage while we're together. Everyone starts on this level, so we will be in good company. Enjoy the ride.

The language is delightfully romantic and it bridges the differences ODC has with each other. Lydia is a real problem… and should be taken in hand. Seriously???

Clean, short, one shot, based on the 2005 film… that should give you a big clue. It was the scene where Elizabeth and the Gardner’s are touring Pemberley house and they become separated. Lizzy sees Darcy hugging Georgiana and bolts from the house. Darcy goes after her and asks if he can walk her back to the village. This time she says yes.
Well, as the beginning author’s notes indicated, it isn’t Regency language… that was for sure. Plus, it was modern actions and propriety was tossed out the window. It was supposed to be romantic but it just came across as grating on the nerves as it was so OOC.

I first saw this on wosedwew’s reading list and was intrigued. It is not for wimps. It is a story about marital abuse and I will agree with her rating… 3-stars. Rating PG->17: marital violence, graphic descriptions, and discussions, flashbacks of specific scenes, sexual, and sensual discussions.

How do you get all the links in here?
Do you have to rember the addresses or is it an easier way to transfer them?

I had already created a word document to track my reading list . So, when I posted, I just did a copy and paste to the comment section of this feed. I'm still old school. I don't use my phone like the others. I will sometimes use my NOOK to make comments, but most of the time I am on my laptop. I can control the font and it gives me a larger screen.

When I am on a fanfic site or anywhere else... I just click in the address section and copy and paste it to my document. Anytime you want to show where something is located... just copy and past it in the comments. That's how we do it. I learned that trick from my GR friends. They are very helpful with suggestions and tips. Just ask if you want to know how to do anything. Someone will have an answer.

If you look at the top of this comment box you will see 'add book/author' tab. That is how we are adding our book links and/or book covers. GR has some pretty fancy tools at our fingertips. Thanks for commenting.

This was a short, clean 4-chapters on JDK’s website. We start with Elizabeth and our dear Colonel walking the paths at Kent. We have her becoming upset at hearing the Colonel discussing Darcy separating Bingley and Jane and rushing back to the parsonage, where Charlotte talks ‘sense’ to her about what is true and real about Darcy’s feelings regarding her. We also have our dear Colonel trying to talk ‘sense’ to his cousin regarding Elizabeth Bennet. We then have them all traveling back to London the next morning and that in itself is an adventure. I won’t spoil it here. Delightful as usual with JDK’s writing. Loved it.
