Does anyone know a way to hide books you've read/downloaded on Amazon? It would make looking for new reads so much easier.

For books that you have already purchased go to Manage Your Content and Devices. Then there, click on the '...' on the left of the book title. The bottom option is 'Manage Your Library'. Click that and you get the option to 'Remove from Library'. Should work like a charm. If you want to re-add the book to the library just follow the same steps and it will show up again.
