I hope you're all enjoying digging in to Throne of Glass! What are your first thoughts about the book? Who are your favorite characters? If it's your first time, what do you like about the book so far? If you're re-reading, is it as awesome as you remembered?

(Remember, there are many here who are reading for the first time. Please tag any spoilers, and please don't give any spoilers for Heir of Fire. Your fellow fans and I appreciate it!)

Fari (nothingbetterthanbooks) I just finished the book yesterday(I know not sticking to the schedule but it's so good!! *squeals* Couldn't put it down!) and as I said before LOVED IT!! I'm already on page 120 of CoM cuz I'm not about to wait another week until reading it! Love it!

Bianca Punzal | 13 comments I'm re-reading it, it always awesome to read this book how many times you read it. A book that has a kick a@# main female character. I'm getting tired reading YA books that has a weak female MC or they are strong and become stupid once they fall in love >A<

Micheala I just read it for the first time. I love the interesting premise and kickass main character.

Meagan Just reading it for the first time and I'm already to the half way point. This book is addicting! I love the light humor mixed in with the total kick butt scenes.

Nataly Rodriguez (nathfray) I read it a year ago. First I was a little worried about to waste my time but when I started it... I felt in love of Celaena, she is awesome!

Brenda Chaol is awesome <3

Claris Aira Salanga (thewarriormaiden) | 7 comments Throne of Glass kept me reading :D I started to get addicted to the series that I've looking for copies of Crown of Midnight and The Assassin's Blade :D

Claris Aira Salanga (thewarriormaiden) | 7 comments The first time I saw Throne of Glass, many copies were displayed in the "Top Releases." The cover actually caught my eye :D At first I had second thoughts of buying it but then when I read it, I started to love the book, the plot and the Characters. :D

It took me almost a year to look for copies of CoM and The Assassin's Blade since when it comes to book delivery in my country it takes time.

And now I got them :D <3 Hart Hart <3

How did everyone feel about Nehemia at first? I admit that when we first meet her, I liked her a lot less than Celaena does. But then she grew on me . . . (and without giving anything away, I appreciated her importance to the events of the rest of the series.)

That's true--no one can be as bad as Kaltain.

He's bad in a very different, much worse way.

DaenielleG (conan_edogawa) | 5 comments Unexpected plot. I never thought there will be sort of magic there.

Brittany S. (brittanysbooksandbeyond) This was my first time reading! I finished today and really enjoyed it!!! Also... Am I supposed to be able to pick a side? HOW DO I CHOOSE WHO TO LOVE
I think I'm ready for Crown of Midnight.

Ashley | 4 comments I was actually iffy about picking "Throne of Glass" up to read as the "Fans of Hunger Games and Game of Thrones" blurb on the cover threw me off. It's not because I don't like those series, but rather because I do and I didn't want to waste my time on a rip-off. But my niece insisted that I borrow her copy of "Throne of Glass" and read because she PROMISED that I would like it.
In a way she was wrong as I actually kinda LOVED it. A pleasant surprise to say the least. I was impressed with the writing style, not kiddy-ish YA that speaks to readers as if they are stupid, but actual words and a plot line! And I have to admit that I was impressed by Celaena as she is girly yet has that edge to her. I like that she wasn't just a girly-girl and in love with dresses/books OR a badass fighter.
I now have "Crown of Midnight" on my nightstand, ready to be picked up and started tonight.
