This is going to be made into a movie? Wow, I didn't know! My friend was kind enough to give me a pretty, signed hardback copy; I still need to read it.
Chloe Moretz is in this one, too? She's playing Mia in If I Stay as well.

Guys I promise this is totally random but she was the person I imagined as Cassie when I read the book because I had just seen the if I stay trailer
I don't like Chloe Moretz. I have no idea how good of an actor she is, but she said some crap about YA, so therefore I kind of hate her.
What she did ?!? If she said anything negative to books I shun her as an actresss
Huh. Well, as much as I hate to admit it, she kind of has a point. A lot of YA books out there deal with unnecessary love triangles and consist of nothing more than fluff.
Then again, there are plenty of awesome, kick-ass YA books out there. Her loss, I guess. Especially since the great If I Stay she praised wasn't my favorite YA book.

But it's kind of ridiculous that someone who doesn't like YA will be in two movies based on YA books.
She is a great actress and she is entitled to her opinion but I guess it's more of disappointment like if she's going to become a new YA actress I wish she actually loved the books (lily Collins ,Emma watson, shailene woodley, and Jen Lawrence )

And the quote... I don't think it's her insulting YA. I think it's her take on the people who only read YA for the love triangles or see the adaptations for the love triangles. We can all admit that those get way over-hyped. But you know, that's just my opinion on it. She clearly seems like she's talking about just watching the movies.
What do you guys think of Chloë Grace Moretz as Cassie?
