Welcome to the Book M.A.S.H. Reading Challenge. This challenge is inspired by Book M.A.S.H. which was put on booktube by Jesse the Reader in 2013. Here is how this reading challenge works. The challenge is going to be based on this Book M.A.S.H. game here.

Where will you live?

1. A place not like where you life now - Read a book that is set in a place not like where you live now.
2. A place similar to where you life now - Read a book that is set in a place similar to where you life now.
3. In the Past - Read a book that is set in a historical time period.
4. In the Future - Read a book that is set in the future.

Occupation

1. Graveyard Worker - Read a book that is shelved as Paranormal.
2. Starbucks Employee - Read a book that is shelved as Young Adult and Contemporary.
3. Author - Reread a book of your choice.
4. Historian - Read a book that is shelved as Historical Fiction.

Pets

1. Dog - Read a book that is fast paced and action packed.
2. Cat - Read a book that has an independent main character.
3. Fish - Read a book that is set on or underwater.
4. Bird - Read a book with a colorful cover.

Children

1. 0 - Read a book that was published in 2018 or 2017
2. 1- Read a book that was published in 2016.
3. 2 - Read two books that were published in 2015 or 2014.
4. 3 - Read three books that were published before 2014.

Husband/ Wife

1. None - Read a book with no romance.
2. Arranged Marriage - Read a book that someone else recommended to you.
3. Love At First Sight - Read a book that is shelved as romance.
4. Friends First - Read a book where the love interest and the main character have known each other for a while.

Best Friend

1. The Adventurous One - Read a book that is in a genre that you don't normally pick up.
2. The Listener - Read a book that you heard about from someone else.
3. The Social Butterfly - Read a book told in a unique format (e.g. emails, texts, letters, etc.)
4. The Rocky Road Friend - Read a book that has enemies turned friends.

Transportation

1. Walking - Read a book with someone walking on the cover.
2. Water Vessel - Read a book with a water vessel on the cover or in the title.
3. Car - Read a book with a road on the cover.
4. Plane - Read a book were either at least half of the cover is sky or the word sky is in the title.

M. = Mansion: Read a book where the main character is from an upper class family.
A. = Apartment: Read a book where the main character is from a small middle class family.
S. = Shack: Read a book where the main character is from a lower class family.
H. = House: Read a book where the main character comes from a large middle class family.

Rules and Guidelines

When you sign up for the challenge please include a number between 1 and 10 and your name. Then based on that number I will give you one challenge from each category. Please then post one post with all of your challenges and edit that post as you complete books. You are only aloud to use one book for up to two challenges. All books that are started before this challenge count as long as they are finished after the start date. If you have any questions please post them in the Question and Answer thread in the general folder and I will answer them as soon as possible.
