Nancy Mendenhall, the IAD investigator, saves Harry again. She also indicated she’s interested in Bosch. Think he’ll pursue this relationship, even though it may be problematic for both? By the way, did you see his breakup with Virginia Skinner coming?

LOL. I barely remembered Virginia Skinner. When they had their talk about ending their relationship, I really had to strain my brain to remember who she was.

Nancy Mendenhall is much more memorable. I like her and hope she sticks around a while. Since Harry is "retired" from the LAPD, I don't think there will be a problem with their relationship.

I always thought Skinner was in the relationship solely because of what Bosch could give her for her job. When he lost that access, she moved on.

It’ll be interesting to see if this relationship with Mendenhall develops. It may be Bosch’s redemption. But, Connelly will need to consult with a romance writer to get it right😉
