Bosch told Mendenhall she’d have blowback from shooting a cop. Does this surprise you?

Many cops (including Harry) hate Internal Affairs because they feel the IA cops are out to get them. If an IA cop like Mendenhall shoots a cop, I believe some other cops would really give her a hard time.
