Wow, these passages with Gately in the hospital might be my favorite part so far.

Yes, I think that part was the best in the whole novel.
I love those parts. The ghost parts are m favorite
I picture DFW at his desk thinking "how can I include all my favorite obscure words in this book? I know, I'll have a ghost shout them at Gately while dancing around his hospital room!"
