What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

All I can remember is that the heroine loves books and I can only remember the book's epilogue! The hero surprises the heroine with a bookstore he purchases for her to operate and she reveals that her pregnancy. It might be a regency romance?

Teresa, when did you read it? Remember the cover? Series or standalone? Where is it set?

It was set in London, I read it within the last two years but the book may have been a few years older, and I'm pretty sure it was a standalone! Unfortunately I cannot remember the book cover :(

Any Duchess Will Do by Tessa Dare? I can't remember what actually happens in the book, but the blurb says the heroine wants to open a bookshop.
