Harlequin Books discussion

This is a year-long challenge for 2018. You can use either the female lead character's first or last name for each letter of the alphabet. For letters X and Z, as long as the letter is in the character's name somewhere, it can be used. We discovered last 2 years that U is particularly tricky to find. So, if you haven't found your U lady by November, you may * the letter and use any name where a U is in the first name. At least 50% of your selections should be Harlequin heroines.

I'm going to have a go at this for 2018!

My heroine in my 2017 Harlequin Presents Vows They Can't Escape is called Xanthe Carmichael.... She may come in very useful for this challenge.... Just saying.

I have Q covered with my late 2017 Desire, THE COWBOY'S CHRISTMAS PROPOSITION. The heroine's name is Quinn. And I have a heroine who's name is Roxanne (REDEEMED BY THE COWGIRL) in an early 2017 Desire. Just sayin'... LOLOL

Psst At some point, there's a book coming with a Z heroine, too.

I used the "add book/author" button at the top of the comment box. Once you click on it, a little box comes up where you put the title of the book. At the bottom of that box is two option, link or cover. Click on cover and search for the book. Click on the add button and Goodreads inserts the cover art on to your post.

Gege, I'm slightly behind too. I've had difficulty finding reading time and I try to use different books for my monthly and quarterly challenges, usually older books, and save my new releases for these yearly ones. At least I try to do that at the beginning of the year but by year's end, I free myself to use what I have to get close to finishing. LOL ~ Kim
