My Favorite Cookbook of 2017

Using only a few ingredients in each dish, this cookbook had some great ways to seek out healthy, flavorful meals including salads with roasted carrots and pomegranate seeds, or fennel bulb and melon. Made a few of these for parties I hosted and they were both big hits.

I liked that one, too. I remember a pasta dish with saffron that was really yummy. I'm going to have to check it out and take a second look!

When I get to Half-Price Books in Madison I always check to see if they've got a copy. It's out of print and I'd love to add it to my cookbook collection.
