Nikki ~ The Nocturnal Bookworm (nyxreadsstuff) Want to do a buddy read? Post here what you are looking to read and when you find someone else also interested discuss time frame here as well.

Once you have a partner and have agreed on at least a start date you may create your own thread in this folder. A mod can make it for you at your request but you don't have to wait if you do not want to :)

Since I super didn't get to nearly as much reading as I wanted to this month I would also be interested in doing any of these as a buddy read in April.

Auntie Terror (auntie_terror) | 64 comments I know this is kind of last minute, but:

Does anyone want to join me as a reading buddy for one (or more) of the following books?
A Wizard of Earthsea
The Girl Who Drank the Moon
Who Fears Death

I'll read them in any case, but being able to exchange thoughts while reading is a lot of fun to me.

Hello, great to hear you're interested.
Mid-May sounds fine by me. I'm still in the middle of the The Abhorsen Chronicles anyway and will start with Who Fears Death first. :-)

If that is ok with you, I'll open one Buddy read thread for both, for around May 15th. :-)

Yes, there can be more than two people in a buddy read. So no need to hurry. ;-)

I opened a thread here for us to discuss while reading:

I guess you're supposed to tell us the book you're planning to BR. Interested members will then reply :)

Nikki ~ The Nocturnal Bookworm (nyxreadsstuff) Darlington wrote: "Is this still active?"

Yup, and like everyone said, just post a book or some books you might want to read with a buddy. This thread is kinda like the "I'm looking for this" place then you and your buddy (or buddies) make a new topic in this folder to talk about the book together :D

Also Thanks Aqsa & Claire for jumping in and helping <3

Probably would have been helpful if I had mentioned what book I was talking about. I'm up for reading Dune in maybe April. Any takers?

I’m interested, I have a copy and I keep saying I’m going to read it and never end up doing so. I really really want to though.

Turns out I'm just not that good. lol. Anyway, in the middle of several books right now. I will be good to go for starting mid-April though if you guys are still up for it.
