The Testing question

This book was honestly amazing. I'm so in love with the character Cia. I love her smarts and ability to trust her gut. She's remarkable. Not to mention her relationship with Tomas is a nice touch to the story. Does anyone know if the next book in the series lives up to The Testing? No spoilers please

I don't remember much of it, but Independent Study lives up to The Testing, though you have to get used to it because it's different than the first book, for one, it's at the university, and Cia is trying to figure out what happened during the testing, so you go in with so much previous knowledge. I definitely recommend it though!

Cia is astonishingly intelligent, it was easy to grow attached to such a character
