What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read 2 or 3 of the books within the last 5 to 7 years. I think I read the first on as a DTB and the others as ebooks.
What I remember:
*group of knight run afoul of a witch and she places a curse on them
* each knight shifts into an animal - wolf, bear etc....... because of the curse
*there's 6 or 8 knights and they travel in pairs to protect each other one shifts during the day the other at nite as they search for the object


Not sure if
*another way to break the curse is find true love - I think but not 100% sure
