Scott’s fingerprints are found on the gun that killed James and Tessa. Did you think there was a rush to judgment by law enforcement or did they react appropriately?

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments It felt a bit rushed to me, the way the story was written. It was obvious that there were hard feelings about Scott that could color someone's judgment, although he would have to be a person of interest because of the fingerprints.

The biggest missing for me was motive and stupidity. What reason did Scott have to kill these people and when did he get so stupid that he tossed the gun in a conspicuous place with his fingerprints on it???? He had zero ties to these people. I found it a big rush to judgment.

Ayesha | 3 comments hey I wanted to ask something.. Where was Jonah Macon from the 4th book as he is also in SMPD? it felt weird to me there was no mention of him and Sophie..

I’ve completed the series and Griffin doesn’t bring back characters very often unless it’s a setup for the next.

Ayesha | 3 comments thats really disappointing!! im not talking about random characters but jonah and allison were SMPD and Jonah was also Ric's friend and partner so atleast he should have been mentioned- it feels like he just vanished..
Does it bother you that there are no epilogues? I didnt know there will b no epilogues or I wouldnt have read them.. :(

It's a question you should pose to the author. I normally like seeing past characters continue through the series. This one just isn't written like that.
