When Bella was abducted, Harry takes the lead on getting them down the right path and quickly hones in on Dockweiler. Had you suspected that the rapist might be tied to someone in or close to law enforcement?

I did think that the rapist was someone close to the case. My suspects were Trevino or Sisto. I never thought of Dockweiler, even though he was mentioned earlier in the book.

I dismissed Trevino early on. He just didn’t give me a buzz. I toyed with Sisto but he was too much the party boy. For some reason I thought it was someone in law enforcement but never gave Dockweiler a passing thought.
