Spoiler Info (view spoiler)[ Rizzoli shot Pacheco when he had his hands raised in surrender. She unloaded her gun into him and was assigned desk duty after Moore reported the incident to Marquette. She retaliated by telling Marquette that Moore was sleeping with Catherine.
Warren Hoyt was the Surgeon. He was being trained by Capra and was at Catherine’s house the night of her assault in Savannah. He delivered the kill shot to Capra.
Hoyt started medical school with Capra at Emory but was kicked out when the teaching doctor found him masturbating over a female cadaver while holding her uterus over her mutilated body.
Rizzoli found Hoyt’s lair by tracking his ATM withdrawals to a town outside of Boston. He trapped her and was about to slit her throat when Catherine used Rizzoli’s gun to shoot him. He survived.
