Not really. I used to when I was younger. I just don't like the sleeping on the ground thing and bugs.
Leah wrote: "March 2, Friday: Do you enjoy camping?"
We went camping often when I was a kid. Living in South Texas the weather is favorable for camping for more of the year than up here in Wisconsin. Hubby and I did one "wilderness" camping trip some years back. We had to borrow most of the equipment, though we did have sleeping bags and a tent. We enjoyed it, but spending so much time looking for / gathering firewood, so we could cook our meal ... and making sure we avoided the prevalent poison ivy ... well ... that sort of dampened our spirits. We still had fun, but aren't likely to repeat the experience.
As my friend says, "My idea of roughing it is a Holiday Inn without cable TV."

I believe that whether one believes in it or not, we should be ecological.

Yes. I believe we need to do what we can to save the planet for the coming generations. Maybe there is nothing we can do but at the end of the day I want to say I did what I could.

The Night Circus

Saturday, March 10: How often do you have wine with dinner?
About once a week at home, and once a week out.
About once a week at home, and once a week out.

As often as possible. I usually have a bottle in my fridge at all times.

Rarely. I love wine but lately have been getting a headache from it.

I don't drink wine (or beer or any other alcoholic drinks).
Monday, March 12: Do you have a favorite in the March Madness NCAA Basketball championships?
I attended Marquette University back in the Al Maguire era, but I haven't really followed college basketball in the last several years. Of course, if MU is playing, that's who I'm cheering for!
EDIT ... I see my niece's school is in - Texas Tech ... so I'll cheer them on.
Find it interesting that Texas Tech is in the EAST region, while Texas A&M and Houston (both of which, geographically, are east of Tech) are in the WEST region.

Nope. Not into basketball.

Necessary, probably not. Personally, I would rather have it light later. I would hate it if it was getting dark at 8pm in the summer. Where I live if they didn't switch it it would get light out at 4:30 a.m. if they didn't switch it. I would like it if it was Daylight Savings time all year long but then it would stay dark until 8 am in the winter.

Does anyone else remember they tried keeping it daylight savings time all year and people didn't like it so they went back to it? Maybe I dreamt it.
Leah wrote: "March 13, Tuesday: Do you think Day Light Saving is still necessary in today's times?"
No, I don't. And I hate it. Just leave the clock where it is. You don't get any more hours of sunlight ... you just live your life in a different way. Not every state changes ... Arizona doesn't. And I think parts of Indiana don't either (or at least that was the case back in the '80s).

It's annoying. I don't know if it's necessary.

I use Italian seasoning quite a bit.

Garlic.

I used to only read one at a time but sometimes now, I will read more than one. They are very different in subject matter so I don't get them confused.
Leah wrote: "March 16, Friday: How many books do you usually have going at a time?"
Three - one text, one audio in the car, and a different audio on my MP3 player

Sunday, March 18: Do you enjoy going to the theater?
I saw a play last week, and this afternoon I'm going to an opera.

Usually 2, but sometimes 3. I read one at home and one at work. I make sure they are different genres though so that I don't get confused.

There isn't really much where I live. I go to Summer Theater when I can.

I prefer to do my clothes shopping in-store. I'm very picky on how things fit and purchasing on-line makes me nervous.

I prefer in a store, but I have purchased some items on line (with mixed success)

In Store. I am very picky about how clothes feel. My skin is very sensitive and I mostly wear cotton. Also I dont like to return things so usually try them on in the store.
Wednesday, March 21: When's the last time you went out for lunch with a friend?
It's been months for me, but I'm going today!

This is so sad, but it's been years since I've been out to lunch with friends. I moved away from all my friends about 19 years ago and haven't gotten that close with anyone since.
March 22, Thursday: Do you accept random people on Goodreads as friends or do you have to know them, first?
Leah wrote: "March 22, Thursday: Do you accept random people on Goodreads as friends or do you have to know them, first?"
I only accept friend request from people who are in the same groups I'm in (or whom I know personally - like my in-real-life next door neighbor)
