Is this worth the read?

I keep hearing how this book is a knockoff of ACOMAF and I haven't read ACOMAF but it's really disheartening to hear that! Is it true if not try to convince to read it because I've been eying it on amazon!

I didn't see as many similarities as many people did. When ACOTAR heroine makes a bargain with Rhysand, he's not the hero, he's one of the villians. Other than Rhys and Des being misunderstood Fae Kings I can't see why people insist in making comparisons. I would pick up both series if I were you, both are outstandingly good.

Guys, Desmond Flynn is worth this reading. Best book boyfriend EVER!

Honestly don't know what ACOMAF is..... Should I be ashamed?? But this series is so good! I'm eagerly waiting for the next book!

I haven't read ACOMAF either but from reading the synopsis of it and comparing it with Rhapsodic they are two different stories. Yes they both have Fae involved but the story lines seem to be very different. Rhapsodic is definitely worth the read!!

@Caitlin: ACOMAF is A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas. It features many similarities, in which the hero is also the lord of the night in fae court and also has bat wings. Lol, you should not be ashamed, I haven't read Rhapsodic lol only ACOMAF and I'm not ashamed;P

@Kassandra and Ruth: The stories are different and so are the setting/worlds, but people compare it because mainly of the similarities of the main hero and also of second main hero that are from same species and with similar personalities. Also, in ACOMAF the heroine also makes a bargain with the hero.

I loved this book. It is one of my favorite series and I have re-read it many times! Plus I love Laura Thalassa, I would recommend all of her books.

Excellent series, definitely worth your time!

Just finished it, and yes. Worth the read. The similarities to ACOMAF are there, but it feels more coincidental and if no one had told me, I wouldn’t have noticed. I RAN to get A Strange Hymn (the second book) after I finished Rhapsodic.

Yes and the subsequent 3 books. 2nd and 4th are a continuation of their story and 3rd is from Desmond's POV.

Yes.... it's delicious! :)

YES! One of my favorite series of all times!
