***There is no deadline to finish a book for a called category, however in order for a book to count you must have had at least 100 pages left of the book to read in order for said book to work for the category called.

**Because of MIA players in the past, with this challenge you must comment in your team's thread within a week of a new category getting called (unless it is a planned absence). Failure to do so twice in a row will result in your removal from the team."

Book Rules:

• Books must be at least 100 pages.
• Cookbooks, Picture books, Manga, Graphic Novels, Poetry books are not allowed for this challenge. Aside from that, any books over 100 pages count for the challenge.

Well, my book's been at the library all week, and I haven't been able to pick it up. (It's been a rather busy past week for me.) But, I should have it today, and can read and review it as quickly as I can. Thanks for asking, Dawn.

I'm not sure yet what I'll read. I may do the Kristi Anne Hunter one (book 4 in the Hawthorne House series). We'll see. There's another one I may do as well.

Hopefully I can knock out the Refuge Assured by the end of the weekend.

I'm third through my nonfiction for the first called category. I'm planning on having it read and reviewed by the end of the week by the latest.

I should be able to finish my tree book tonight. and I forgot to update, but my horse book is also finished. I'll get the reviews up tomorrow.

I finished my book for the second category, . The cover has trees, which is how it counts. I'm hoping to get my review typed up for it tonight. ;)

I still need to finish my book for category #1. I'm sorry that I've gotten behind on this challenge. I'm going to try to catch up this weekend.

Also, any recs for this third challenge would be great. I'm still trying to find a book for that one.

Karis, if your book starts with the letter T or the word "The", it'd work.

Some possibilities:
- Title starts with T
- Title starts with T
- Title starts with T
- Title starts with T & 2nd in the series
- Second in the series

I'm almost done with book 2.

It starts with "F" and it is the 4th book of the series. :)

I looked at the book on Amazon and it is fine. The book works for Key, since it starts with The. :)

Could I get a little clarification on the Book OR Letter portion of this? When you say letter, are you talking about a letter like you would get from a pen pal (mailed, envelope, etc)? This one had portions of the letter on the cover.

Or would words on the cover that are not part of the title count? This is the one I'm thinking of here.

There is writing (I think it's part of a quote from CS Lewis) on the cover at the top.

I was talking about a letter that you would receive in the mail/be given, but both of those would work, as the words look like a written letter.
