Nook Book Corner discussion

So, to increase the amount of people reading the group read, I figured: why not start nominations? For certain months I think I'm going to do a theme, too, but I'm not sure... something like for December, the book is about Christmas, or for July it's set in the summer...

Anyways. Any nominations for the June group read?
I, for one, nominate:
Every Day by David Levithan, and
All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. I haven't read either, but they're both on my TBR, and I figured they might be good...

ALSO: Do you guys think that we should stick with one group read, or do two each month?

I think two in different genres would be cool! Maybe if one person doesn’t like one book they can choose the other!

Yeah, that might work well... I'm pretty terrible at judging genres, though, so you guys might have to help me out.

I was thinking since June is LGBTQ+ pride month we could read a book with LGBTQ+ representations! I’d recommend:
Carry On~Rainbow Rowell
Six of Crows~Leigh Bardugogh(I think I spelled that wrong!)
Simon vs. the homosapiens agenda(I haven’t read this yet but I REALLLLLY want to!!
Anything by Rick Riordan!
