Coloring books are prominently featured as a form of therapy throughout the story. Had you heard of this before?

I have heard of it being used with children for decades, but not sure I knew it was therapeutic for adults until the recent adult coloring came into focus.

That's the new Snowflake thing - adult coloring books for those who are not quite ready to grow up. But, it has been used as a therapy tool for a long time.
