Coloring books are prominently featured as a form of therapy throughout the story. Had you heard of this before?

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments I have heard of it being used with children for decades, but not sure I knew it was therapeutic for adults until the recent adult coloring came into focus.

Same here! I guess if it can work for a child, it can work for an adult.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 849 comments That's the new Snowflake thing - adult coloring books for those who are not quite ready to grow up. But, it has been used as a therapy tool for a long time.

Lisa - (Aussie Girl) | 52 comments No, but last book it was knitting as therapy. Who knows what will be next..
