EIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID!!!!!!!! CANT WAIT
im the oppsoite...i m hungry but i cant eat cause i fell sick
I wanted some breakfast. So I got some mini-wheats. Which is a type of food. Need I explain more?
We were talking about prom. "I'm serious. She looks horrible in a dress. She can't be in my court. Period!" I say.
"She'll look amazing. Stop being a spoiled brat."
"Ugh. Fine, whatever." I say, as we enter my house through the front door. "Mom! We're home!" I yell. At the same time I get my father's attention.
Hi dad I sign.
Hi, sweet heart. How was school? He replies.
OK. Got a B on chemistry.
Bird walks on to the kitchen to find something to eat. He always gets awkward around my dad. He doesn't sign. Not yet. My mom comes down and I kiss her cheek.
"Hi honey, is Bird here as well?" She got so used to Bird coming by after school, that she just sets another plate for him.
"Yes, he's in the kitchen. Raiding the fridge, no doubt."
My dad gets my attention back. Has he asked you to prom yet? I see the glee in his eyes.
No, stop bugging me. You know I'll tell you when he does. I look around. Mom says dinner is ready. I'll get Julia.
**
"Julia, have you picked your dress for prom yet?" Bird asks. I automatically start interpreting for my dad.
"No, not yet." Julia says, as she signs the exact same thing. "But I do have seen a few that I like." She turns to mom. Can you drive me to the mall tomorrow? I'm going shopping for prom with a couple friends. She signs.
Sure. Mom replies. Then she turns to my dad. Can you pass me the salad?
I look at Bird. "Have you asked your date yet?"
"Nope." He says smiling. "Why? Have you?"
"No, but I know that Milton wants to ask me."
Who's M-I-L-T-O-N? My dad asks.
Captain of the lacrosse team. And a total hotty.
What about D-A-V-I-D?
Dad, I told you. Don't pry I laugh.
"What was that?" Bird implies.
"Dad wanted to know about Milton." I shrug.
When dinner is over, and the dishes are done, I head to the hive. That's what we have started to call the computer room, because I own more and are better connected than the IT guys at MIT.
"I still can't believe that the cheer princess is a computer nerd." Bird says jokingly.
"And I still can't believe you keep making that joke every time you step in here."
I sit in my chair and boot up my main system. I'm not allowed to let it run while I'm not home any more, because I once hacked MI6 on a self generated automatic test run. That was really hard to explain to the authorities.
"Ready for some action?" I ask Bird.
"Where do you want to start?"
