Thanks. According to Google Books, it is 437pp. Which makes your count in between this and the Amazon count of 464 (which looks like a typo). We'll use yours.

According to my copy, the last numbered page is 437. The follows a mock letter on the next 8 pages, seemingly written on stationary from a Vermont resort hotel. Then on the last page a simple child's drawing. I haven't read the novel yet, so I can't tell how these elements relate to the novel, but I can't conceive that they don't.

Also, I have scanned my copy's cover photo. It's higher quality than the existing one (which also has skewed proportions). Please replace.
