Prince of Wolves question

So I'm trying to figure out the name of a book I read. It starts with a girl just out of college who lives next to a girl who works at like a stripper club who is able to transform into a cat. The main character lost her brother at a young age and when he died, her brothers best friend ran away. TThe best friend comes back now and him and her fall in love. They also are both werewolves. Sorry if this is confusing. The book is similar to prince of wolves
