Susy (susysstories) Last sprint, read 2h52 (gonna be sorry tomorrow, have to get up in 5 hours for work...):
finished Lightning (recommended book, liked it very much!) and continued The Subtle Knife, which I didn't finish, but read over half of it.

I was behind with my TBR and buddy reads but thanks to the readathon I caught up, yay!

Thanks Kristin for the cheering and keeping track!

Total Reading Time: 30h32/24

Reached and surpassed my goal, yay!

message 4: by Janine (new)

Janine | 1543 comments 45 minutes read before bed to finish off and bring my total to a nice round 10 hours. Thrilled with that! I had such a busy weekend but I was so motivated to fit reading in where I could. The check ins were fab, thanks for all the encouragement!

Ashleigh Miller (ashleighabsurd) I sort of got absorbed in my book which is why I didn't post this an hour ago but I finished The Fault In Our Stars which brought my overall time to 14 hours 56 minutes... 15hours 32 minutes if you count the bit after midnight ;)

I didn't quite hit my goal of 18 hours but I feel I got really close and next time I will put 15 hours as my goal as I was so close

Rachelnyc | 170 comments Well, it feels like a small accomplishment next to those of you who read for 28/30/42(!) hours but I just read for another 1 hour 45 minutes to complete me goal of 18 hours with just about an hour to spare!

Great job everyone and thanks again to Kristin for an amazing job keeping track of everything during the madness!

message 9: by Tawallah (new)

Tawallah | 199 comments Iโ€™m going to post my last reading time of 1.5 hours. I completed The Book Thief. A wonderful book and I cried at that heartbreaking moment. Despite being prepped many times. Still have all the feels.

Total time is 15.25 hours. Not bad for a goal of 16 hours.

Thank you Kristin for all your hard work. I was impressed with the check in times and you keeping track. Even without access to computer. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ‰

Harshmi | 119 comments This was such a fun challenge. I read for almost 8 hours this weekend. I had set my goal to be 12 hours but I doubted I would actually do it. But 8 hours isn't so bad and I'm actually happy I got some reading done.

Hope we do this again soon! Thanks Kristin :)

Lee I read Princess in Pink for 2.5 hours which brings to my goal of 24 hours!

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

I read for 1.5 hours in this block which brings my final time to 12.5 hours. That's way short of my 24 hour goal, but I got started a day late, and I enjoyed the book I read, Happiness by Aminatta Forna , so I feel it was a successful readathon for me. : )
Thanks for all your work, Kristin!
