★★★★★ Christopher - I thoroughly enjoyed this, even more than I did the Dark Herbalist series, surprisingly. I particularly liked the unique take on the game and some of the very interesting classes, including that of the MC. He does gain power surprisingly quickly, but it didn't come across as overpowered at all, just an interesting class with some slightly unusual benefits, but most importantly the character playing it intelligently. In that way it reminded me of AwakenOnline, which also has a strong MC that could be seen as OP, but it's the MC's choices and strategies that gained that power, it wasn't just blindly handed to them. Really looking forward to the next books in the series.
★★★★★ Ian Mitchell - I couldn't put this one down. About midway through I thought, "This remindsme of Harry Harrison and the stainless steel rat books." I loved those books and loved this one. A lot of action. Interesting scenario. Great pacing. Just right on the stats and skills. Reality Benders was highly engaging and promises to up it from there. I can strongly suggest Michael Atamanov's other series as well. Oh and there were explosions. Explosions are always tasty.
★★★★★ Amazon Customer - Wonderful, very addictive book. Perhaps, this is the most an interesting LitRPG novel of those that I have read. Well-prescribed characters, intelligent enemies, a world of magic, starships and laser weapons. A brilliant mix of strategy, role-playing and the real world.
★★★★★ Shane - I consider this book "Required Reading" for all fans of the LitRPG genre. There a few translation errors but easily over looked with the great story. So sad that I can't binge read more of this series.
★★★★☆ LitRPGPodcast - My new favorite book from the author. The sci-fi adventuring of the MC is never boring, and the RPG game mechanics always feel important and impactful to thestory. Score: 7 out of 10.
