UK Amazon Kindle Forum discussion

Hi, Ive just updated my cover on KDP, completely changed it. Ive got ad campaigns as well as publishing it on kindle and listing it on goodreads. Im sure amazon will update the cover as soon as they adjust the update. Will goodreads and my advert do the same or will i have to do it manually and does anyone have any idea how I would do that please x
