What is better ??

Well, they both have their flaws. They're also pretty different kinds of fantasy

Personally I prefer Wheel of Time but I haven't read much Song of Ice. I stopped in the first book because there were too many characters being assholes, and I'm not a fan of incest and rape

That said, I never finished Wheel of Time. Stopped around book... 11? The characters lost their personalities, particularly the women became indistinguishable from each other and it was difficult remembering what had happened in previous books and what the point was
