Does anyone know when (if) Hillary Mantel will release the third book in the Thomas Cromwell Series (aka Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies)?

I read an interview in the Guardian where Ms Mantel said the release date was "likely" to be 2019

I sure hope it's 2019 ... love this series, love Cromwell, been waiting too long!
