The Challenge Factory discussion

You may not be aware, but each month as I set up the TCF Monthly, I would add in a word that had been chosen from a dictionary website's Word of the Month list. When Book Concierge suggested that we split the Spell Out Section of the TCF Monthly out into it's own challenge, and many folks began voting for it, I decided to pull those dictionary words out of the monthly spell out list and make them their own challenge. Many thanks go out to Book Concierge for her suggestion! This is a ONE MONTH trial run, so it needs YOUR participation to continue!

How It Works:
★This will be a spell out challenge only, so pick your level, then pick your books.
★Spell out the listed words using Title, Author Name (First and last only, no middle initials or names (unless noted)!), or Series Name. If using series name, be sure to add it next to your entry!! (Example: S-Loving Irish (The Summerhaven Trio #3) by Katy Regnery)
★When using titles for letters, the words A, And, An, and The do not count.
★Books read can be used for only one letter in one word! NO DUPLICATING BOOKS OVER MULTIPLE WORDS!!
★Books must be read from June 1st to June 30th
★Re-reads are allowed, but all books must be at least 50 pages in length!
★You CAN change your Books at any time during the challenge.
★ Dictionary websites used can be found HERE and HERE, however, you are not allowed to use a word from those sites that is not listed in this challenge!!

♦Keep your original post updated and give a shout out in the thread when you're all done! Please do not make a separate post with your finished challenge, edit your original comment! This is so I can keep accurate track of participation. You can make an announcement post like "Finished in comment #2!", so I know where to find your completed challenge to congratulate you! Duplicate posts will be deleted!
♦Mark books as finished by adding the date finished next to the book listed and either striking them out using the "< s> < /s>" HTML commands (without the spaces) or by copying and pasting a checkmark: ✔ ✓
♦Add a tally of completed books to your Original Post= 0/5 completed!

Two questions:

Since I usually don't plan my books in advance and my losely ones change more than one while reading I wanted to know if we can change our words during the month?

Do I understand it correctly we can use only books we started after June 1st - or can we use also those we already started earlier if we read the majority in June?
Keep the Ghost I read so far 7% and I know Lucy less than 5%

Question 1: Yes, you can change your words any time during the month.

Question 2: The duration is June 1st - June 30th, so the books have to be started on the 1st or after, but re-reads are allowed. If you re-start the two books you mentioned as of June 1st (or anytime after that day, with date lines around the world and what not), then you would be allowed to count them for the challenge. If you do not restart them, they can't be counted, as that's cheating in my eyes. Hope that helps clarify things a bit!
