Hello! I'm getting dizzy looking at all the different threads and entries on adding new editions, so if I don't have all the necessary info, please ask me for it. I've uploaded a revised edition of this book, complete with tweaked cover, to Amazon. The ASIN is B005VDVHQ2. (This is now the only edition available as a new ebook anywhere, and will remain so. The paperback edition will be updated soon.) I'd like to add this revised edition and then to make it my default edition. Thanks!
