I noticed that When Breath Becomes Air was read by more members of this group than any other book from the 2018 list. It was certainly a favorite of mine. I read it twice, for two other book clubs besides UMW. As I'm dealing with end-of-life issues with my parents, I found it refreshing that Paul Kalanithi was so open about his thoughts on death and the meaning of life.
