What The Initiator Does: Create a new discussion topic in the Buddy Reads folder with the name of your book. It might be helpful if you also include some information in the title like this: "Tom's Midnight Garden: soliciting buddies to read" or "Tom's Midnight Garden: reading September 2014. The title of the topic can be changed to reflect the status of the buddy read. Include information in your comments about who is reading, when, etc.
