I really liked this section. I really disliked the whole previous book but I’m enjoying this one so far.!

I NEED TO VENT!

I just finished chapter 3 and I'm extremely unhappy. Before Perrin and Faille's part of the story I was really enjoying it. I absolutely adored the ceremony that bonded Elayne and Avienda, Rand's review of The Academy in Cairhien, and the captured sisters getting their bearings in the Black Tower camp. Like, damn there is so much awesome stuff going on here.

And then we get to Perrin... I'm so BORED with his mental gymnastics about his wife. But the part about Faille's capture, the nakedness and spanking and being ogled and I'm just SO OVER IT! I swear, this part really seemed to go beyond an interesting "cultural element" for the Aiel, and roll straight into kink territory. :(((
